We ship everywhere.

Ordered items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Denmark: 2-4 business days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE DENMARK

EU: 3-6 business days

World: Free Shipping from 6-14 business days 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by there countries border control.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

All my prices shown on the website are incl. 25% Danish VAT and other taxes.

By placing an order at Ena Ethelberg, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE? 

This store uses Stripe for payments, and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Exchange and returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the item. 

We offer store credit, or exchanges for a different item with the same or similar price, or we will process your refund.

The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used, the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Ena Ethelberg suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

The returned item must be in its original condition and original packaging. 

Ena Ethelberg will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.

We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order - this is to prevent fraud!
